A little reassurance
What does a typical community pay?
Illustrative only: a community serving 20 or fewer residents pays the flat $100/month. A 50-resident community is $100 + 30 × $10 = $400/month — roughly a single recurring activity-supply line item, for a program that touches every resident and every family. Adjust to your actual census.
Who pays — and who never does?
The community is billed. Families never pay for access — listening and voice replies are included for free with every resident seat. Families may optionally purchase a printed memory book of their loved one's stories, but that's always their choice.
Can we start small?
Yes. The base plan already covers up to 20 residents, so most communities can begin with a single wing and see the daily digest, the family relay, and the programming value before rolling out community-wide.
Why is bank payment cheaper?
Card networks charge a processing fee on every payment. When you pay by bank transfer (ACH) we don't incur it, so we waive the 3% — you simply pay the list price. Card payments add that 3%.
